EndeavorRx is an innovative and groundbreaking video game treatment that has gained FDA authorization. It is specifically designed to improve attention in children aged 8-12 who have primarily attentive or combined-type ADHD. To access treatment within the game, a prescription or order from your child's healthcare provider is required. Once you receive a prescription for EndeavorRx, our trusted pharmacy partner, PhilRx, will send you an activation code to begin treatment.

Developed by world-renowned neuroscientists and award-winning game designers, EndeavorRx utilizes the cutting-edge Selective Stimulus Management Engine (SSME™) technology. This unique technology targets and challenges specific areas of the brain that are crucial for attention function.

During gameplay, your child's goal is to navigate their character through various courses while collecting targets and overcoming obstacles. They will embark on exciting adventures, explore different worlds, and utilize boosts to solve problems and build their own universe. The game adjusts its difficulty levels in real-time based on your child's performance.

Stay engaged with your child's treatment journey through the official EndeavorRx companion app for caregivers called EndeavorRx Insight®. This free app provides a daily snapshot of your child's in-game missions completed and their effort score. Download this invaluable tool from the app store today!

EndeavorRx is a digital therapeutic specifically indicated to enhance attention function in children aged 8-12 diagnosed with primarily inattentive or combined type ADHD, and who demonstrate a proven attention issue. Patients engaged with EndeavorRx have shown improvements in their sustained and selective attention as measured by the digitally-assessed Test of Variables of Attention (T.O.V.A.®), although it may not address typical behavioral symptoms like hyperactivity. It is recommended to incorporate EndeavorRx as part of a comprehensive therapeutic program that may include clinician-directed therapy, medication, and educational programs to effectively address symptoms of the disorder. Please note that EndeavorRx is not intended to replace your child's existing medication and should be used alongside it.

The most frequently observed side effect during clinical trials of EndeavorRx in children was occasional frustration due to the challenging nature of the game. No serious adverse events were reported.

In order to begin using EndeavorRx, a prescription or order from your child's healthcare provider is necessary. It is important to consult your child's healthcare provider regarding important indications, safety precautions, and instructions for use provided in the accompanying documentation before making a decision about utilizing EndeavorRx as treatment. EndeavorRx should be played for approximately 25 minutes a day, 5 days a week, for a minimum of 4 consecutive weeks or as directed by your child's healthcare provider. Upon completion of the initial 4-week treatment period, additional treatment may be recommended based on your child's healthcare provider's guidance.

If your child experiences any side effects related to playing EndeavorRx, such as frustration, headache, dizziness, emotional reactions, nausea, or aggression, it is advised to discontinue treatment and contact your child's healthcare provider before resuming.

EndeavorRx may not be suitable for patients with photosensitive epilepsy, color blindness, or physical limitations that restrict the use of a mobile device. Caregivers are encouraged to consult with their child's healthcare provider in such cases.
